Mancow on WLS?

Inside Radio reports that Erich "Mancow" Muller will return to Chicago radio within 30 to 60 days.
He was broadcasting out of the WLS studios for a while after he wasn't renewed by Emmis and appeared as a guest on the Roe Conn Show earlier this week.

Is he focused on WLS? Can he make it on AM talk? Who would they boot to make room for him?

Mancow will do just fine on AM. In fact, he's signed several AM stations in the past few months. Miami, Reno, Augusta GA, San Francisco and Philadelphia.

His show format clock has changed, too. It's no longer free floating and fits more into a "news-talk" format, with regular breaks at the top and bottom of the hour.
