Mancow Target of Defamation Lawsuit

Apparently Erich Muller, better known as 'Mancow' a longtime Chicago radio voice aired a recording of this pastor which led to his leaving the Harvest church network. The pastor subsequently sued Mancow and Cumulus. Even if the recording was obtained contrary to Illinois law, unless Mancow was the one who did that, I'm not sure the pastor will prevail. A lot of potential issues will have to be considered in this action.
