Manual for Continental Electronics FM antenna G5CPM-3E

Does anyone have a link for owner's manual or specs for the Continental Electronics FM antenna G5CPM-3E. The antenna we have is 1991 vintage. I'm told it's very similar to the ERI LP-3E antenna but wondered if I could access a manual/spec sheet on line?

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
