Possibly the biggest thing in Philly sports all year. WIP and WPEN are all over it, taking calls from the listeners. WOGL-HD-4, the supposed home of Phillies radio, is airing a rerun of an old Phillies game.
Almost all of the callers are outraged.

I too think Manuel should stay.
 
I agree in that Manuel is a great manager. On the other hand, I do think it was time to move in Sandberg. No matter how good a manager, the longer you stay I believe there is a staleness that develops over time.

On the other hand, I believe he would be great for the underachieving Washington Nationals. I believe this is Davey Johnson's last season. Bringing in Manuel at this time would be good. He's a new face To DC and will turn this team of stars into real winners.
