At the end of today's news at 4pm. Marc Howard said "Action News continues at 6pm" before correcting himself and saying Eyewitness News. He was in the phone bank room during the sign off so I guess that without the prompter he had a brain lapse and couldn't remember where he worked. You would think after 4 years at Channel 3 he would no longer be making these types of goofs. I'm guessing when his contract at CBS 3 is up he will either resign for a lot less money than his $800k a year or will just retire all together.

The flub during his first KYW-cast was understandable (and a great clip). But, wow, makes you wonder what he's got on his mind . Hope this finds its way to youtube.

That was a funny goof, I saw it also! It reminds me of when Charlie Bennett first moved from Oldies 98 to Oldies 950 WPEN to do mornings. A couple of times he said "Oldies 98...err...950". I guess old habits are hard to break!

could marc and channel 6 be talking about a contract now that Lisa Thomas-Laury is back?

The only problem I see with that is where would they put them?

More like why would channel 6 take back someone who left to go to a competitor? They didn't miss a beat ratings wise, any "going back" fantasy would have to be in someone's mind.

The whole thing was probably a scam so they could put it on the newsworthy "blooper" feature.
