March 2012 PPM's for DC and Baltimore

There are many threads on this and other boards about Arbiton's new "subscription only" policy. Beginning in March, if a station does not subscribe, then there ratings will not be released.

WTOP-FM went down in the books from 7.5 to 6.9

WNEW went blank for DC.

And WAMU is ahead of WTOP by a sizeable margin. Along with KQED in San Francisco, it joins the small group of non-coms that *have* hit number 1 in their markets since PPM (the other two are NPR station KUT in Austin and CCM Z88.3 in Orlando).

I know in Some months KCBS lowest ratings would be at a 5.0 while KQED gets a 6.x or KOIT would get a 6.x because of Holiday music.
