Mariotti instead of the Yankees on 1040 WHBO

The Yankees are playing a home game at 1pm, the game is being played and WHBO is not picking it up. Instead Mariotti has his three hour shift. I heard promo this morning on 1040 that Yankees home games can be heard on this station. As you can guess, I don't care for Mariotti and I would rather listen to a game. WHBO carried afternoon home Yankees games all season, when Whitney Johnson had the 12p-3p shift. I guess Mariotti has it in his contract that he can't be preempted or Genesis needs to use him every moment so they can to recoup their investment in him.
