Mark Belling suffers stroke, taking medical leave of absence

News/Talk 1130 WISN's Mark Belling has apparently suffered a stroke and is taking a medical leave of absence.

First of all, I hope he makes a quick and full recovery and is back on the air soon. That must have been awful and very frightening to go through.

But I am sadly not all that surprised that this happened. He is a very high-intensity guy on the air and he's always angry and yelling about things because that seems to be what his audience wants.

And he's been doing this for well over 20 years at this point...

I hope that for the sake of his health he tones that down when he comes back on the air. No paycheck is ever worth compromising your health over.
