Mark Driscoll has died

I believe he started WIOQ in 1989. I know he did VO work and would say "What the hell. Here's another hit!"
He also did VO work for ages at WSPK and KBEQ-fm.
Did he actually program and consult WIOQ when they first started top40 like I'm remembering?

Mark Driscoll was the program director who flipped Q102 to the Top 40 format after their short run doing "Solid Gold" Oldies. For a brief time, Mark later crossed the street to voice for Eagle 106.
