MARK LEVIN SHOW

I sometimes listen to Mark Levin. Many of his viewpoints, especially when he makes use of his legal background, are thought provoking.

I really like Levin. Some hosts are just rude and ignorant. Levin really is the smartest guy in the room and he does not "suffer fools". If he was not as brilliant as he is, he probably could not get away with it, but he really is incredibly knowledgable. So I give him some slack that I wouldn't give someone who was just sarcastic for the sake of being sarcastic.

I heard this guy blubber endlessly about the death of his dog some years ago. It was not brilliant. It may have sold lots of books.

John Gambling, on the other hand when his Dad, a New York City radio legend, died paid tribute to him and moved on. That was the professional thing to do. It showed respect for the audience which tuned in to hear news-talk radio, not an endless obituary.

Levin is an amateur and a fraud, IMHO.
