Mark Madden Makes "Unacceptable" Comment On Twitter

I think since the invention of Twitter we've seen more people shooting themselves in the foot
than we've had since the days of the Wild West.
 
I believe he's said similar things to callers on his show, so i don't know why this would even be a story.
 
From what I read on other boards it is looking like it was all a setup by the Pens Blog to get Madden fired.
She is a friend of some of the Pens Blog guys, they used her to antagonize Madden hoping he would react that way.
Then they (the Pens Blog) went to all the local stations and even the NY Daily News looking for publicity.
Terrible that they would use her in that way, I really don't think she had a clue what she was getting in to.

WTAE interviewed her but then declined to run the story when they found out about her shady internet photos and webcam site.
Colin Dunlap tried to get her on the air but by then she went into hiding.
 
You guys are aware he works for a rock station and talks about sports, right? If something like this gets you upset...maybe you should listen to WORD. Whats next, close his show with a prayer?...
 
The other night I was riding around here in Lancaster and put on The X on iHeartradio so I could listen to the Pens game. Big mouth Madden was on, and I realized that he's one voice from Pittsburgh that I do NOT miss at all. Thankfully right after that the pregame show came on with Phil Bourque.
 
Shortly after this story blew up, the female Pens blogger who started all of this privatized, then eventually deleted her Twitter account (@zbynekgirl). How responsible.

She has been back with a new account since then, her first tweets on the new account was a conversation with The Pens Bloggers gloating about the incident and asking who she should "troll" next.
So it was a setup from the start.
