Mark Patrick on WXLW

I hear that Mark Patrick is now on WXLW sports radio. How long has he been working there? I've heard that owner Rev. Gene Hood doesn't pay very well.

Former X103/RadioNow person Nigel has been doing some things on WXLW. Mark Patrick does WNDE afternoons and also WFBQ (before Colts games).

I did hear that the fine management at XLW lost the broadcast rights to probably what is the worst
sports broadcasting in all of radio THE INDIANAPOLIS INDIANS

which is worse, losing the Indians or getting the Indians?

Yeah Unless MPOS is doing 2 shows simultaniously it be kind of hard to be on WXLW and WNDE at the same time. so im pretty sure Mark Patrick is over on WNDE as i hear him everyday

The second happiest day of your life is the day you buy a boat.

When you're the top salesperson for an organization the last gazillion years you can pretty much do what you want including the play-by-play on radio.

Any station that can get revenue when you power down and have no signal is FREE money! How many ads do you think WXLW or WNDE sell to run after 6pm? (or even BEFORE 6pm!). Surprised the Indians haven't just gone internet only like a lot of the minor league teams are doing. Probably wouldn't be much change in listener numbers.

Wonder if the Fever games draw radio audiences as big as the Indians. Even the Pacers likely haven't had much listenership the last few years.
