The 70th Anniversary is August 2...Hope there are plans to have DJ reunions for the Anniversary week on WALL...Earlier this year Mark West had hinted he would be airing old WALL Radio shows on his WALL Has It All Stream.
 
Congrats on 70 years! That is many paid bills to the power company. At the reunion see if they have any audio of OCCC's (now SUNY Orange) trip to the Vietnam Protest in Washington, DC on 15 November 1969. The OCCC group was in a crowd of 500K. Nixon spent the day watching Football in the White House. Th White House was ringed by parked buses used as a barrier.

I reported from the protest as a WALL stringer from a pay-phone near the Washington Monument. Good times for local radio!
