In the next few weeks I will try to add some retro schedules of some sort. They take hours to post sometimes and that is why nothing has been added just yet.

Be patient...in the next few weeks a couple may be posted.

Mark's reply is right on the mark. I know, because I also post schedules <u>as I have time</u> (I moderate ten boards on Radio-Info plus have my business to deal with).

As the moderator of this board, I would greatly appreciate it if posts would not be made asking for schedules to be posted (i.e., "Mark, when will you post more" or "could you also find such-and-such a date in addition to what you just posted"). It is time-consuming to type schedules out, and sometimes these requests make a labor of love not feel appreciated.

Regarding specific requests, those of us who post schedules pretty much have what we have, and with the exception of generic requests -- such as the "cable networks of the early 1990s", which is broad enough that most of us have a decent chance of finding something within the time frame -- it's not all that likely that we can easily accommodate you. Heck, I'd love if someone had a Los Angeles television schedule for the day I was born, but I also know I'd have better luck going down to the Los Angeles Central Library and looking through the microfilm archives there.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.<P ID="signature">______________

I don't get mad at the people on this board. I reserve my anger for the Los Angeles radio board.

But I would, to use a classic television quote, suggest "patience, grasshopper."<P ID="signature">______________

Hello. First-time post here at Radio-Info. It's great to find a fellow Angeleno in this board, I presume. Mr. Richards seems to be a very good moderator for this board and I give you props for your hard work. I've done a little periodical browsing myself for the past couple of years, in and around the Southland. It's kinda neat having the privilege to be able to access those rare prints of newspapers and trade magazines dating back so far.

Perhaps I could be of some assistance from time to time. It certainly is a handy resource when it comes to archiving and research on the everyday life of your neiborhood, as well as the industry. With that said, it's great to be here. Thanks.
