All I ever read here are the Monday Morning QuarterBacks.

So lets see who are the forward thinkers.

You are Given an average FM signal and an average AM signal

Those are the only two stations you have.

NOW fill the holes and make me a winner........

I would take the Fresh approach and go after Magic 99 with a 30-40 age target Magic is more 40-50.
OR I would do a AC/hot AC Christian Top 40 I may only get a 2-3 share but will make big bucks

On The AM I would be LOCAL LOCAL LOCAL with the BEST Non Political Talkers.......

NOW after you tell me why I am wrong TELL me your game plan
 
Music that is missing like a mother... Salsa, Latin Jazz music. I know that this is a heavily populated Mexican American deal, but some hot salsa would be huge I think!
 
10+ stations have tried to take down Magic over the years. Each one, failed miserably.

Put on a good Classic Rock or Hot AC that actually has some music variety outside of one guitar mid tempo
record after another.

Or, put on JACK. Now that would cause a mess here. It would hurt the ever so misfocused KIOT, KPEK and KDRF. Probably even get a little KMGA and KOB-F in there too.
