Markets where at least one Big 4 affiliate is low-power or Class A

Self-explanatory title.
South Bend comes to mind (ABC is on WBND-LD 57).
In Palm Springs, CBS and FOX are on Class As.
And in Birmingham, the "official" ABC affiliate is WBMA-LD 58, which simulcasts on WABM 68.2.
It's being done in many smaller markets so that they can get all Big 4 networks.

Wausau, WI FOX is on a LP (and a sub on CBS but in SD only)
