Marselis Parsons Retiring From WCAX

Marselis Parsons, who started at WCAX in 1967 and has been the news director since 1984, will be retiring as news director at the end of the month, and will continue to anchor the weeknight 6 PM news through the Summer. Aaron Tebbetts, who left WCAX in 2007 to become Vermont's Deputy Secretary of Agriculture, will resign that post to return to the station to succeed Parsons as news director. Senior reporter Darren Perron will replace Parsons as 6PM anchor.
