Marti RPT-40

What is the correct # lamp for the meter/transmit bulb? It's not in the manual (!).And the previous engineer left an empty socket...
 
None of the RPT40s I maintained had a socket. Just a lamp with leads soldered to the board.
There is a resistor in series with the lamp. Schematic shows the power's from the 13.5 volt supply.
I replaced the lamp with a white LED, changing the resistor for the right current.
 
Strange. I have two. Both with sockets and no bulbs. Thanks for the LED trick. I will look into doing that.
