Marty and Jodi back together on the 97.5 The Jet

Announced this morning, rolls out in stages. Now you know. Maybe they'll even bring back my favorite event the 5;20 funny festival who knows? Good to have Marty back on the air.

Wait a minute....Isn't this the guy who walked away from The Mountain and then did an interview for the ST explaining how he just couldn't go on in this era of radio? That he was physically ill working at the station because of the music? So he heroically just walked away into the sunset? Or am I thinking of someone else? If not, wow, what a man of integrity. Not.

I guess he should be glad that he didn't have to lower his standards to the level where he would be a country music radio DJ. That's not a slam against anyone on a country radio station, but Marty made it seem like he would NEVER EVER get near a radio board unless it was part of a AAA station.

I'm confused. 97.5????

In defense of new beginnings

Marty is a man of great integrity. To suggest anything other than that, means you don't know him. The Mountain was no longer what it used to be. When he walked away; he had a good reason. Now, he's walking toward something new. There's no shame in that, only happiness and a new beginning.
