MASN still not carried in SW VA

After all these years MASN is still not on in Lynchburg, Danville and Roanoke. I am frustrated about it and satellite dish reception is a major problem because of all the trees in my neighborhood. The installer could not find a place at all to install the dish. I have never seen a Nationals game because of this. How do I get this station as I keep going to Comcast to complain over 100 times since 2005 to no luck?

...and it shouldn't be either! SW & Southside have more in common with a network like Fox Sports South, or CSS (on Comcast/Charter systems). The mid-atlantic starts somewhere north of Richmond, from a demographics standpoint, save Redskins football. Much of VA is still Atlanta Braves country.

You need to have Comcast to get MASN. The take C-Span off the air for it.

The channel that broadcasts the Braves Fox Sports South is not available in Virginia but available in Caswell County but not in Danville. We got the minor league team the Danville Braves here but you can't see the Atlanta Braves unless on ESPN or FOX or you get the MLB.TV package for a fee. It is time that the territories map change for the teams.

It has long been on cable in Roanoke City, Roanoke County and Vinton on Cox, where MASN and MASN2 are part of the Essential Level.

Since you were complaining about Comcast you must have meant Salem, and not Roanoke.

I am in Campbell Co.,we have Jet Broadbrand and do not have MASN and last night I wanted to see Strasburg and he was on ESPN2,and that was blacked out .
