Massena, Potsdam, Ogdensburg: Airchecks Wanted

I've posted over on the airchecks board but get no replies. :(

I am looking for airchecks of "vintage" (40s through 90s) North Country/Seaway Valley radio (Massena, Potsdam, Ogdensburg, Malone etc...).

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks...

Why G mail? I have alot of respect for your decision, but someone out there has made me terrified to contact those who use gmail.

(perhaps a good discussion for the off the air board?)
visit: www.Gmail-is-too-creepy.com for more info.
Problem 3 REALLY stands out as a major concern.
I may have stuff from the late 90's for you in casette format, but I'm not sure. I will have a good look.

Yezi,

I followed your link to the anti Gmail and geez, what a pile of paranoid crapola!

*{Sorry to take this off topic Ian, but a lot of the information is erroneous and very misleading and worth noting.}

G-Mail may not automatically delete the trash bin as frequently as others such as Yahoo or MSFT…if at all, but it does allow you to manually select which e-mails you want to DELETE PERMANENTLY. My recommendation is regular e-mail maintenance.

Besides, who in the hell would use Gmail as a primary source anyway?

I use it simply because it’s free and has plenty of storage, but actively maintain the e-mail provided my by my ISP.

As for the overall issue of privacy, if you want to fully protect yourself, cancel your contract with your ISP and go back to using a slab, mallet and chisel. Lol!!!

Most of the stuff in the Gmail privacy statement is exactly the same stuff that's in any free email service like Hotmail or Yahoo. The only difference is the targetted text-ads, and anyone who is creeped out by those really doesn't understand how they work.

Wow...I didn't think my email preference would cause such a controversy.
For the record...GMAIL is great for trading airchecks (in addition to YouSendIt type services) since INBOX capacity is far greater than any other email service.

If you are more comfortable emailing me at [email protected], that's fine too.

Now you've got me paranoid--I've sent out dozens of emails that have gotten no reply. Could that be GMAIL related?

Crap.

YIKES! At this time, I just want to apologize if I apear to have HiJacked this thread to discuss G mail. This wasn't my intent. I DO hope People (including myself) find something for you Java.

Sorry also, for pointing out a site someone apeared to go through alot of trouble to draw to my/our attention...If it really is no big deal...perhaps it's just someone working for another email server that just doesn't like more choice out there...?
