It started with Triple J veteran Richard Kingsmill's sacking...
"After three decades guiding triple j, Double J and ABC Country, Group Music Director Richard Kingsmill is leaving the national broadcaster.
Starting on air at triple j hosting the J-Files, Kingsmill would go on to produce and present The Australian Music Show for a decade, being instrumental to the creation of triple j Unearthed."
...and continued with Megan Loader leaving the ABC.
"Meagan Loader is leaving her role as the Head of Music and Creative Development with the ABC with Friday December 15 her last day.
Similar to Richard Kingsmill, whose departure was announced on Monday, Loader was also integral to Double J’s evolution as well as being involved in Rage, ABC Country and triple j."
It should be an interesting 2024 for these two stations
