Massive pirate station on 92.9fm in Brooklyn

nd2023

Banned
This evening I heard a pirate station on 92.9 presumably from Brooklyn since it advertised businesses in Brooklyn. I heard it 30 miles away from Brooklyn, strong enough to stop the seek on 92.9.

Yesterday's edition of AllAccess.com reported that a station in Brooklyn on 92.9 FM was among several to to be sent a Notice of Unlicensed Operation from the F.C.C.
Nick, perhaps you could let us know if this station shuts down, changes frequency or reduces power over the next few weeks as a result.

How can these guys not know that the class B on the 1'st adjacency will squash them a lot harder than anything they could hope to acomplish?
