Mastering in Audition?????

I am looking for a way in Audition 1.5 to master a project. Anyone know how to do that?

I am working on a syndicated radio show and before it can be sent off I need to master it somehow so that certain things don't jump out and others don't get lost.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Lloyd

What do you mean when you say "master it" Lloyd? Do you want to save it, then work on it again? Or do you want to move elements around? The easiest way to do that is in the multi track view. Hope that helps.<P ID="signature">______________

Go under effects > dynamics processing.

Try out some of the presets. I think you just want to compress it. Mastering isn't really the right term. Start by trying the soft limiter presets. The soft limit -24 preset will be the most agressive, while -6 will be the least agressive. If you have experience with hardware compression, those controls can be found under the "traditional" tab in the dynamics processor.
