Matt Knight on 95.9 WRAT?

I forgot to mention this but last weekend driving home back to North Jersey I was listening to 95.9 "The Rat" WRAT and I heard the DJ (think it was Steve Hook) say coming up is Matt Knight who we want to welcome to "The Rat".......By the time Matt came on I was already too far north and 95.9 was a mess of pirates and WFOX...Not sure if he's just filling in or landed a spot but it's nice to hear him on the air again at the Jersey Shore.
 
Mat is a fill in weekend DJ. This past Saturday Morning he was filling in For Mr. Marty who was on vacation. Good to hear him on the radio again.

Yes, I'm doing weekend and fill-in work but I couldn't be happier to be back on the air...and even moreso, playing ROCK! :)

Hey Matt if WRAT is full maybe they will offer you job at sister station 105.5 WDHA .....It would be awesome to see you and Terrie Carr on the same station again!....Best of luck to you!

Yeah, that would be pretty sweet to get back w/TC on the same station...but I'm certainly not one for pushing already accomplished and established jocks out the door. If opportunities arise, of course I'll throw my name in the ring. But I'm not one to be so cutthroat (yes, I know that's how some people think it "should be"), but I have morals and a lot of friends in the business. I like to think my time will come where I can be back on the air full time soon, but until that time comes I'm just happy to be back on the air at The Rat with some really great people who have welcomed me to their staff with open arms. It's a nice feeling, and I'm glad that you guys haven't forgotten about me after half a year being MIA. It's truly humbling.
