MATV CATV Head End Antenna

I saw this head end antenna in Meridian Township, MI near Okemos the other day. Didn't have a camera. There appeared to be a 16 Bay UHF Yagi Log Combination stacked in a 4 X 4 arrangement, and an 8 Bay VHF High Yagi Log Combination stacked in a 4 X 2 arrangement. I was all turned around and was confused about directions, but you can see it on Google Maps, at least from an aerial view, off Marsh Rd, near the corner of Fifth and Madison, actually at a turn in Fifth. Didn't try street view. I am not positive about the UHF design, but it looked like a UHF version of an APS-13, as did the VHF High antenna. I have never seen a UHF design quite like that, but the shrinking of the UHF TV band does open up more possibilities, as does the consolidation of near adjacent channels, which I suspect in this case may cover 39, 41, 43, 44, and 45 from near Detroit. I thought it was an Apartment MATV System, but sombody I asked thought it was the Comcast head end. I figured the antenna gain to be something like 22 dBd, taking into account the coupling and phasing losses. That's barely more than a single CM 4251, though.
