We have a La Ranchera format already, it's on 1540AM. No need for another one.

band and that San Antonio was primary a AM radio town back then. I heard this PD being interview on KFJZ-AM radio back back in 1977. I think the point was DFW was a primary an FM market were as San Antonio was not.
San Antonio was about 50% Hispanics back then.
