I'm crossing my fingers for this one.

Greg Street Reported To Be Leaving V-103
INFINITY Urban WVEE (V-103)/ATLANTA night slammer GREG STREET is rumored to be returning to DALLAS, this time as PD for RADIO ONE Top 40/Rhythmic KBFB (97.9-THE BEAT).
Edited by JamzUSA on 11/11/05 04:36 PM.

Re: Greg Street

Maybe I'm remembering incorrectly, but isn't that like great big huge good news for The Beat? I thought I remembered Greg Street being the total package... good guy, good ideas, etc.

Am I right? I don't pay that much attention to Urban radio, but I've heard the name before...
______________

Re: Greg Street

He is Mr Urban...so don't look for the whole "mainstreaming the beat" so the plano kids get it plan to take hold.

Absolutely. I don't care what type of music you listen to, Greg Street was THE night guy in Dallas. I can't think of anyone that was better. Never heard a bad thing about the guy either. Let him do his thing and he will win, no doubt about it.
______________
