McConnell still going national?

Is Mike McConnell indeed going to launch nationally on Monday ( I thought I had heard that date earlier in the year). Does anyone know if any affiliates have signed for the weekday version?
 
From Maryland, I hear him on 1040 WHO Des Moines, at night sometimes...
 
I guess he is already national....on the Weekends and XM anyway.

To me, this only means the show will just continue to deteriorate. Its been getting less and less interesting ever since they began that Weekend national show.

His show was great to listen to years ago when he bantered back and forth with his callers and treated them with some sort of respect because they were his audience; and it was fun to listen to for that reason. Can you honestly say his Weekend (or even his daily show) is fun to listen to anymore? I say no. I haven't listened since he started the Weekend Show.

My guess is that he will soon sound like any other talk show where its "I'm the host and I therefore know more than you, and if it starts sounding like your knowing more than me, you will be quickly be humilated or just cut off."

It was just so much better before Clear Channel got involved.
