MCI - Micro Controls STL - update

Last year I posted a thread looking for a copy of the service manual for the MCI Micro Controls 900 MHz STL transmitter, model PTS-10C.
One of the respondents suggested he could provide me with a copy of this manual but unfortunately I had to take off overseas and didn't check the board here until recently when I returned home.

I've tried to PM the member concerned several times now with no response.

Can anyone else help with this manual?
