I notice that me-tv is the only sub channel where the show times have not changed, I guess they have a separate Arizona feed. In a way I like this i do not have to get used to a new times otho some programs I can't watch because of being at work I can now watch because they come on later now on the other networks.
Doubtful re an "Arizona feed" on any national (OTA or cable) network--not enough population for one.
As for MeTV, it airs an hour later in Tucson (KOLD 13.2) than in Phoenix (KAZT 7.2). The affiliate probably just takes the east coast feed, "ingests" it into a digital delay server, and airs it when they want to.
