Dish companies ought to carry these channels. If you're so far out in the country or due to terrain an antenna doesn't work, there's no other way and chances are you're not where cable is possible either, even if they do have these channels.

ME TV now available nationwide on Dish

I think that some of the more popular subchannels ought to make themselves available to cable systems as well. ION and CW do it, so why couldn't Me TV, Antenna TV, etc., at least in areas where they aren't available through local OTA stations?
Ion will now be available to viewers in the Charlotte area over the air.
I'm not sure this was true before, but WJZY showed us a list of their channels available over the air. WMYT became a .2 channel. I now have reasons to try buying an antenna, but I'm still concerned it won't work. WMYT as a stand-alone (or .1) was not able to be received in my area, according to a warning issued when the switch to digital was made. It didn't have much of a signal with an antenna before, and I only succeeded in picking it up on one TV. But that was before I got an antenna to pick up digital channels, and WJZY came in so much better than before. When I could get it. Actually, with rabbit ears it had a good signal on a black and white TV.
