For example, if you're looking for WKST you type that in and get here:
http://www.mediabase.com/mmrweb/AllAccess/StationLookup7.asp?SELECTION=STATION&LookupValue=wkst

For a complete list of all the CHR/Pop stations being monitored go here:
http://www.mediabase.com/mmrweb/AllAccess/Panels.asp?format=h1M

The rest of the CHR/Pop stations that aren't monitored, but still have some influence on the Pop chart can be found in the Pop section of R&R:
http://www.radioandrecords.com/Formats/Pop.asp

Simply scroll down to where it says CHR/Pop playlists. To see the full list of CHR/Pop stations, click on the pull down menu under "View Stations", and choose CHR/Pop, then press the LIST button.
