Media One in Trouble with the FCC

I didn't get word of this until just last week, but it looks like that a local radio corporation -- Media One Group, LLC -- got hit with a notice of violation from the FCC back in May with regard to its Jamestown, New York cluster (specifically, WJTN-AM).

No ASR number at the base of the station's tower...an improper station ID...and the biggie: failure to observe the tower lights for twelve consecutive days. Makes you wonder what kind of a job the Embrescias are doing overseeing their Ashtabula cluster.
