Media red alert - Cleveland style

Nothing like trading your stud running back to send the media into red alert mode.

WKYC, WEWS, and WUAB carried the Joe Banner/Rob Chudzinski press conference about the Trent Richardson trade, as well as Browns radio flagships WKNR and 92.3 The Fan.

Would the Tribe get this kind of coverage if they won the World Series?

I think the Indians would, considering they haven't won it in 65 years. You'd just add WTAM and WMMS to the list of media outlets covering it.

Wonder how many advertisers who signed up for the Browns broadcasts will now be demanding an adjustment of what they paid because of this boneheaded move and the potential loss of listeners/viewers?
