Hi everyone. Could we all do an in person meet up for radio friends in the NYC area? Please let me know if we can make this a reality.
 
We had an oldies meet and greet in Manhattan from 2006 - 2022. It was an outgrowth of the protest when WCBS-FM flipped to Jack in 2005. We had some excellent turnouts with guests including radio personalities and oldies recording artists. We could not meet during the pandemic years. When we resumed in November 2022, the turnout diminished. The restaurant where we held the gatherings was sold and dramatically raised prices, so we thought it was time to retire our yearly event.

You will need a restaurant with a private room where you won't have to pay in advance. If you are only expecting 10 or so people, the restaurant can combine two tables. You can read about our 2010 event at 5th Annual Meet and Greet and Oldies Radio Enthusiasts
