Give up Clear Channel. This station is awful. No numbers, no advertising dollars, and no creativity. Time to start over. Same thing for the failed experiment in West Palm 92.1.

The West Palm thing is a huge success in revenue... which was the objective. Billings more than doubled.

Your dead wrong David i can tell you havent been to WPb in a very long time 92.1 Mia is dying out because of poor sales theirs rattings are almost none exsisting and they have a limited Regional Mexican station killing them when it comes to sales! their Jocks are all voice tracked not a single one is live so do you think their really doing all that well remember i work with cc and i can assure you this station is dragging!

But 94.9 is not voicetracked. They have live jocks and a cast of thousands (or so it seems) during the morning. They have giant billboards all over So Fl. How long will CC keep throwing money at this crap while not supporting some of their other stations?

The sales are much higher than what they generated as a soft AC in the previous format to the extent that the station was mentioned in a recent convention as an example of how the demo shift despite lower 12+ numbers created a major sales win for the cluster. It's top 5 in 18-34, in fact. The old format was essentially last in the sales demos.

WRLX is billing at a $2.5 million rate... WWRF sold $525 thousand last year.
