Mega changes?????

So some say Clear Channel dosent know how to program a Spanish station, now Snowman says Clear Channel dosent know how to program and english station. So what language is good for clear channel?

So seriously, how can I find the true about mega? Do I just have to wait?
I stil dont understand why they have to change names? They should just change format.
