I'm an occasional 97-Rock listener, and I've done a limited amount of cursory listening to the PM drive show. I hate critiquing talent while they're still settling in, so I'm not going to do that. I will say that I'm surprised at some of the music coming up in the rotation. Kenny Wayne Shepherd "Blue on Black" seems out of their normal wheelhouse. So far, her presentation seems a little more active rock than classic rock. In fact, with the addition of Jim Jacka in mid-days, and the successful transition to Shredd and Ragan, both from The Edge, this seems like it ain't the same-old same-old 97-Rock. That's not a criticism, BTW.
