I've always thought Mel looks kind of like an older Baba Booey (Gary Dell'Abate).

It's much more difficult to steal from a company that's losing money than it was in his previous job.
 
What I don't get is why people give Farid and all the other radio CEOs so much crap for their salaries. Mel makes more than all of them put together, is just as responsible for firing staff and cutting services, his stock is also worth nothing, and no one says a word. Maybe it's because no one cares about satellite radio any more.

It's not surprising that you're familiar with the "face" on Mars. Based on your past predictions (not even one of which has ever come true) on this board, I think you may actually be from Mars.

BTW, have you ever worked in radio?
 
I know people who still think Mel is going to turn things around at Sirius and make it profitable! God bless him and his $28 million salary.
It's a drop in the bucket of debt they're carrying.
 
The company has a pile of debt yet he takes home 28m. Sickening. Fan boyism is what is wrong with Corporate America instead of holding those accountable for thier failures. I could not care what he makes if he did not run companies into the ground.

Actually not many people know this but..Gary Dell'Abata is the secret Mel Karmizan "Love Child". Really!
 
He probably would have made some kind of deal to keep Stern in the fold while allowing him to explore other uncensored avenues.

Under Hollander, CBS lost Stern, CBS FM for 2 years, Don Imus, the David Lee Roth fiasco and FREE FM.
