couldn't find one FROM the market?

how to win friends and influence people.

melle mel is good and all, but i'm sure that somewhere in chicago they could have found a dj that is comparable. at least.
______________

He's worked at WFLZ, WKQI, and now WKSC, in addition to working at numerous other stations via his syndicated HIT FACTOR product. There's just too much hating on these boards these days! I'm sure he's worked hard to get here.
______________

i'm sure he has. and i know his work. great guy. awesome skills. you missed my point.

not hating - just wondering why there's no LOCAL chicago mixer(s) that actually knows the market, clubs, sound, vibe, feel of chicago on kiss??? and someone that is NOT JJP with an ego the size of texas? why can this station not use or find any local talent that suits them and their needs? that was the point.

discuss.

i haven't forgotten.

again, they hired JJP who has got to be one of the biggest...i can't say it... but he and his 'crew' were a bad choice. still cannot figure out why he was rehired by B96. he must have pictures/dirt or something on a member of management. or the sheep involved.

that was all screwed up from the get-go. any number of people could have done a 150% better job. maybe they'll do it right this time? but then again...ugh, don't get me started. they have kenny jason over @ v103 that could have shown them a thing or 2.

they could have schommer and frankie hollywood NOW. two local guys who are working with a little name recognition in the market. think they could handle it and professionally? probably.

i'm going to stop for now. i've got my own station to worry about. just tossing some things out there.
