Men's Room Unlistenable

I used to love that show, but I can't wait out music that really isn't my style. Either let them talk the entire hour or get them out of there. Plus I don't get to hear them on my commute because I'm in the middle of an F-ing 12 pack. Seattle doesn't even have a drive time (non-political) talk show now. Someone please entertain me on my drive home!!! --- at least until I can get satelite hooked up.

My thoughts exactly! I keep wanting to listen to those guys and I do try but cannot stand all the F-ing 12 packs.

Getting them out of there isn't exactly going to do anything for your appreciation of the music or the entertainment value of your commute. Basically, if you like the show, (or what it used to be,) feel lucky Entercom didn't dump them. I don't see them fitting in anywhere else on the dial. From what I've heard, their show is basically the same, but with far fewer calls. They still do the HEADlines and TV Time with Ted. Oh, but they do have to play those 12 packs. You could always adjust your commute time, if it's really that insufferable. Take the scenic route.

You need to DRINK a 12 pack just to tolerate it for 12 minutes.....

I'm not switching my commute because of a radio show you tard, I just miss having the Buzz on the air. And who says that they can't fit anywhere else on the dial? Who are BJ's listeners going to cling to now? They could soak up nearly all of his ratings without any competition from 10 to 3... at least until they put BJ back on middays when he gets steamrolled. As for which station, I don't know where they could fit in. That doesn't seem to be a concern of Entercom's because KISW is a format abortion and that didn't stop them from trying Rock + Talk. Stick the Men's Room on before Tom and I think you will have something worth listening to... play techno the rest of the day for all I care, but people at work want a midday show and Tom at 3.

AND THIS IS TRUE!!!! Hey, at least when they do have to play music they can hit the post with true DJ style. I have been trying to enjoy there show for the past few days but it has no flow or rythym to it. Big fans of thier BUZZ version of the show. They really made some entertaining radio in a spot that normally was boring. KISW just needs to make a decision MUSIC OR TALK during 2 to 6. Not both one or the other!

absolutely loved the Mens Room on the Buzz...all the f-ing 12 packs blow, but remember that KISW is playing six 12-packs a day up until christmas, opposed to its original 3 packs a day. Hopefully after X-mas we will hear more talk during the Mens Room and LESS music (note. I didnt say NO music, Miles and Steve choose great tracks without those whiny little punk rock wannabes, ahem, Crossfade). And to all you RockaHolics out there who dont like talk, bust out your Jet cd and listen to Cold Heart Bitch 3 times an hour and you shouldnt miss too much.
