"Carpool..." Heh, I guess that's one way of putting it. Anyone who halfway pays attention can tell that Carla=Christina. Good grief.

Speaking of Meridian, I'm not sure when it happened (I mostly listen to XM these days) but 106.9 The Buzz isn't a rocker anymore. Now they're "Meridian's Classic Hits." Didn't catch a jock on there during the 20 minutes or so that I listened but I hope they didn't jukebox it. Would truly be a shame.
 
The word on the streets is there have been some shake ups on the 101/kiss building! Starting with mangement-(Bob Odell still doing afternoons on the country as of yesterday) my understanding there is a woman station mangager who is in charge now. And the kiss SM was replaced?
 
The mayor of music in Meridian (Bob O)has been demoted to just a jock?
 
No, he is still the Operations Manager and also does afternoons on the country station. They did hire a Market Manager who is a woman (there was not a MM previously) and a new Sales Manager
 
Unless URB has their own definition, usually a MM is a fancy pants name for a GM. If Bob is the OM then he's likely overseeing programming on the local end.
 
Glad to hear that. He is the pulse (the heartbeat ) of that entire building. He keeps them on top. He is what brings the money in that building.
