Merle is teasing a new morning show with "some of Knoxville's best radio talent moving down the dial". The hosts are ACM nominated and CMA award winners. I woulkd think Andy and Allison would have sat out any non-compete they would have had. Jimmy Holt says its not him. Any other ideas?

The only other I can think of would be Opie Joe from Q 100.3. I don't know why he would be moving though unless Summit is planning to put in a national morning show.
It would’ve been awesome getting Claude, Lester, and Old Man Schultz back. Three ouiji boards is a LOT cheaper than any other choice.
Doesn't shake me one bit. Merle is a station which could make inroads, but with their leadership are doomed to marginalization.
It's really a shame, too. The signal isn't half bad and the Knoxville market is ripe for some actual radio.
