MESSAGE FOR CLEAR CHANNEL

Jeff & Jer went downhill so bad, I can not stand to listen to them anymore. they should move to another station, not clear channel.

Jeff and Jer have been out of the radio business for the last 5 years. They just don't care anymore. They are not even smart enough to surround themselves with good people. It's been "paycheck" radio for them for so long. Going to another company/station would not revive what has already atrophied. The days of Uncle Jer reading a bit verbatim off his favorite prep service--that everyone else on Granite Ridge steals off the copy machine--and stretching it out to 40 minutes are over. I hear other morning shows using the same bits but making them their own and paying them off in a tight, bright, upbeat fashion. Not lame, sleepy and uncaring like JnJ. They've had their day. Congrats to them. By the way, Jer is hosting a seminar at an upcoming radio dj conference in Denver. I found this bit on the Talentmasters website. Herre's the description of what Jer is going to offer to up and coming dj's: 10 Steps to Becoming Radio's NEXT Million Dollar Personality; a new decade, a new time, a whole new presentation from one of MSBC's most beloved speakers, Jerry Cesak (of Jeff & Jer) one of radio's most successful personalties." I'd pay for an audio tape of this seminar. Please, if someone attends give me the "secret" of Jerry Cesak.

The Browns sold KGB to Nationwide in 97 not 06 David

My typo... should have said '96. That was when the sale was announced... October of '96
