Metro cuts staff in below Top 50 markets

Metro Networks informed affiliates yesterday that they will no longer provide personalities to do traffic and news for many of their stations in markets below the top 50. Dayton, OH will be cut to one full time person. Stations affected are being offerred web-based text traffic and news services. Round 2 of the Infinity layoffs, apparently
