I see the other markets across the country where Metro is getting rid of people. Any traffic or news folks gone from Louisville?

"Traffic Monkey" was the name of a guy who did traffic for Metro. I never have understood the obsession with traffic on the radio.

Who was "Traffic Monkey" and what station was he on?

Westwood One's CEO left Friday after driving the stock down to .19 cents. Maybe "Traffic Monkey" should run the company.

The obsession with traffic on radio is that some people have more than one road leading from their abode to their place of employment and like to know if there is a major delay on one of them. Unfortunately the quality of the information has plumeted the past few years.
