MeTV off Cox Phoenix?

Where did MeTV disappear to? The station has been unavailable for at least the last three days. No "Svengoolie," no 80's TV shows, nothing. Is it off Cox in Phoenix for good?
 
The problem is AZTV, not Cox. Channel 7.1 is showing up OTA as 36.3, and all subchannels are off the air.
 
Been like that for a few days now. They have a message on their website. On Friday it said they will be back up on Saturday, now it says Monday.
