MeTV on WMUR but not on WCVB?

I believe that the MeTV people have to pay Hearst to air their signal. Perhaps they didn’t want to pay what it would cost to be on WCVB. And it’s gonna be a channel on Comcast anyway, so who cares what’s the originating station.

No, MeTV DOES NOT pay for carriage - the channel is offered to affiliates under a barter agreement

If it's carried on Comcast in the same areas that carry WMUR, that's probably less than half of the Boston market.

Call the Guiness Book!

Twenty-four hours and counting with no audio! Not even the "W(i)NDS of New Hampshire" ever had a gaffe like this.

Apparently, they were only testing the stream during the week. As of Saturday, the 9.2 was not active. More than likely, they will fire up the 9.2 stream early Monday morning. I brought my DTV decoder just to watch 9.2. I was kinda looking forward to watching MeTV 9.2 while working up in Manchester. But, I guess I'll have to wait til next Saturday.
