Seeking input on the following...

UA 6176
UA M610
DW Fearn/VT1
Manley Voxbox
Focusrite Red 8



Trying to decide which to put my money into. All are relatively in the same price range. And need input and the one that may work well with a Sennheiser 416, or a TLM 103.

Any other suggestions are welcomed.

Well the only box that I've never heard any complaints about is the DW Fearn. I know the box is used by Jim Cutler and Paul Turner among others. Had a conversation with Mr. Fearn yesterday about the box and he's amazed by how many VO talents use it. He stated that the VT-1 is used mainly by VO talents. I'm thinking it's one of those peices of equipment, that once you get one, you'll never let it go. It's definitely on my "to get" list.:)<P ID="signature">______________
